As a Program Manager you will initiate, coordinate, and deliver multiple regional programs and projects across the Northern Netherlands, connecting teams in Operations, IT, Transport, Customs and Commercial. You will translate strategy into execution, focus on results, efficiency and collaboration, and act as the central coordination point.

• Lead and manage multiple regional programs and projects simultaneously.
• Define, implement and monitor program plans, goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate and steer cross‑functional teams across operations, IT, transport, customs and commercial functions and lead the local PM team.
• Build strong relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels (internal and external).
• Identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks and proactively mitigate them.
• Provide clear reporting on progress, performance and outcomes to senior and middle management.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes and implementing best practice, change and implementation management.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent working/thinking level).
• 5years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to operate in complex, cross‑functional environments.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on results and delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2 or similar methodologies.
• Hands‑on mentality, problem‑solving and a results‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus).
• Based in the Region of North Netherlands.
