ROC van Amsterdam - Flevoland zoekt een schoolopleider die verantwoordelijk is voor de begeleiding van stagiairs, zij-instromers en beginnende docenten binnen het mbo. Je werkt samen met het HR-team voor MBO College Almere, MBO College Poort en MBO College Lelystad en bouwt aan een omgeving waarin nieuw onderwijstalent kan groeien en behouden blijft.
Je coördineert werving, selectie en plaatsing van stagiairs, onderhoudt relaties met hogescholen en vertegenwoordigt de colleges op stagemarkten.
