Full time 40 hours per week. Team lead role in an international Operations environment.
Your responsibilities will include:In this role, you will take ownership of the DPS & MRP scope, lead a team of planners, and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment, execution, and continuous improvement.
Detailed Production Scheduling (DPS)- Lead, coach, and develop the DPS & MRP planning team, ensuring clear priorities, strong collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the creation of feasible and effective detailed production schedules within the DPS horizon, aligned with market demand, MPS, capacity, labour, and material availability.
- Guide the team in responding to changes in demand and supply, ensuring timely re-planning to minimize risks and protect plant performance.
- Ensure regular review of production cycles, lot sizes, plant capacity, utilization, and upcoming constraints in close cooperation with Production.
- Provide leadership on short-term planning decisions and escalation management, balancing service, efficiency, and operational stability.
- Monitor planning performance and drive corrective actions to improve schedule adherence, execution discipline, and planning reliability.
- Oversee and optimize the MRP process within the ERP system, ensuring robust material planning standards and process discipline.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and semi-finished goods to support uninterrupted production.
- Lead the team in proactively identifying and resolving shortages, excess stock, and planning exceptions.
- Partner closely with Procurement and suppliers on purchase proposals, delivery performance, and material risk mitigation.
- Drive inventory optimization in line with service, cost, working capital, and waste reduction targets.
- Safeguard planning master data quality and ensure effective planning parameter governance across the team.
- Act as the planning lead and primary point of contact for DPS- and MRP-related topics within the factory.
- Build strong partnerships with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, Import/Export, and Master Data teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
- Lead planning governance in operational meetings and reviews such as DOR, WOR, and DPS/MPS meetings, providing clear insights, risks, and decision proposals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, systems, and ways of working, with a focus on standardization and operational excellence.
- Support innovation and launch readiness initiatives to ensure flawless execution of new products and portfolio changes.
- Translate operational data into actionable insights and manage KPI performance, team priorities, and stakeholder communication.
- Is comfortable working with international teams.
- Is well organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving data-related problems.
- A full-time position (40 hours per week).
- The salary for this position ranges between €5532,- and €6900,- gross per month based on a full-time contract. The exact salary placement depends on your knowledge and relevant work experience.
