Als Strategisch Adviseur Personeelsplanning neem je de leiding over alle facetten van het volledige planningsproces.
Je wordt ingezet als projectleider of als interim manager Planning en daarmee word je het aanspreekpunt voor de bestuurder, de manager Finance, de HR manager en de overige directieleden, en voor alle planners bij de klant. Je brengt proactief objectieve, gefundeerde adviezen over alle facetten van personeelsinzet op operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau en biedt inzicht in de (financiële) gevolgen van keuzes binnen dit gebied.
