Vehicle Technician​/Motor Mechanic

Due to retirement, were looking for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic/Technician to join our friendly, family-run team in Alness. A varied role covering servicing, repairs and general mechanical work. MOT Tester preferred, although training can be provided.

Vehicle Mechanic / Technician

Due to the retirement of a long-standing member of our team, we are looking for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic/Technician to join our busy, family-run business in Alness.

The role will involve a varied range of work, including:

• Vehicle servicing and general maintenance
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Mechanical repairs
• Brakes, suspension and other general workshop work
• MOT testing where qualified

An MOT Tester qualification would be preferred, but this is not essential. We would be willing to provide MOT training for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, experienced and takes pride in their work, with the ability to work independently as well as part of our friendly workshop team.

Salary: £35,000-£42,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm, with alternate Saturdays 8.30am-3.00pm.
