Unqualified Early Years Assistant

The Role

As an Early Years Assistant, you will work alongside Nursery and/or Reception staff to support children throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting day to day classroom activities and contributing to observations and assessments
• Helping to maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils, including those who may require additional support
• Assisting with daily routines such as play based learning activities and personal care where required
• Working collaboratively as part of an experienced and supportive school team

• Shows a genuine interest in early years education and child development
