As part of our dedicated Food & Beverage team, you will help us create memorable moments for our guests through warm, attentive, and professional service. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in hospitality and enjoys working as part of a close-knit, growing team.

• At least one year’s experience in a similar role within hospitality.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
• A friendly, professional approach with the confidence to engage with guests.

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene across designated areas in line with our standards.
• Support the smooth running of service, including ordering and stock control, while helping to minimise waste.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
• Anticipate guest needs wherever possible to enhance their experience.
• Ensure all Health, Safety, and Fire Safety standards are consistently upheld.
