Shanco is growing! We’re looking for skilled Ground workers to join our dedicated teams working on a variety of groundworks projects in Alnwick, Northumberland. We are currently seeking experienced Ground workers to join our teams working on projects in Alnwick, Northumberland. Ideally, we are looking for gangs of 2 or 3, but we welcome applications from individuals.

• You will be confident in all aspects of groundworks, including drainage, foundations, and finishing works.

• Valid tickets for machine operation (if applicable).
• Own hand tools are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.
