Retail Merchandiser

Driveline is hiring Retail Merchandisers to support national retailers through in-store execution and project work. In this field-based role, you'll complete scheduled merchandising projects, including planogram resets, product placement, display builds, and audits. You'll follow detailed instructions, read and implement schematics, stock and organize shelves, and capture photos and data using mobile tools. The position is independent and results-driven, requiring strong reliability, communication, and time management as you travel to assigned stores, meet deadlines, and help improve the in-store shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled merchandising projects, resets, and audits in assigned retail stores
• Read and implement planograms and schematic updates accurately
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to company and client standards
• Capture photos, data, and reports using mobile tools or apps
• Communicate project status, issues, and completion details clearly
• Follow store and client policies, including safety and loss prevention
• Manage time and travel to complete routes within deadlines
• Work independently while maintaining high accuracy and reliability
