Responder Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and service calls at client locations.
• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols to deter unauthorized activity and observe safety conditions.
• Control access to facilities, verify identification, and enforce site policies and procedures.
• Monitor surroundings and report safety hazards, suspicious activity, and security breaches.
• Prepare accurate, timely incident and activity reports using basic computer systems.
• Communicate clearly via radio, phone, and in person with clients, teammates, and public safety.
• Provide professional customer service, directions, and assistance to employees and visitors.
• Follow post orders, emergency response protocols, and company security standards.
• Support investigations by documenting observations and preserving incident details.
• Participate in ongoing training, certifications, and safety briefings to maintain readiness.
