Healogics is seeking a capable administrative assistant to support patient care operations. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, enter data, and maintain charts, while coordinating with center leadership to maximize daily census.
Under RN or provider supervision you may assist with wound-care tasks, help with intake and discharge, arrange testing and transportation, and ensure accurate documentation. Strong MS Office skills and confidentiality are required.
