Construction Project Manager

Overview

$25–$30 per Hour + Performance Bonuses. Residential Construction | Custom Homes | Remodeling | Window & Door Projects. We're looking for a motivated and organized Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Alpena, MI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects, coordinating crews and subcontractors, working directly with homeowners, and taking ownership of project success from start to finish.

• Managing residential construction projects from start to completion
• Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews
• Communicating with homeowners and providing project updates
• Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Conducting jobsite visits and ensuring projects stay on track

• Residential construction experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and understand construction processes
• Leadership mindset with a focus on accountability and customer satisfaction

• $25–$30 per hour based on experience
