Member Relationship Representative – Full Time
Role OverviewDeliver outstanding service, handle daily financial transactions with accuracy, meet sales and service goals, and promote a wide range of products that help members thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
Responsibilities- Handle daily financial transactions with accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service, building strong member relationships.
- Meet sales and service goals by promoting available products and services.
- Maintain compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in a credit union, financial institution, cash handling, customer service, or sales.
- Attention to detail.
- Warm and professional demeanor when interacting with members.
- Prior customer service or financial experience is a plus.
