About the Position
Seeking a Locums Radiation
Oncology Physician to provide coverage in a predominantly outpatient setting in
Alpena, Michigan is.

This role offers a balanced schedule with a strong focus
on continuity of care, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Practice Setting

Clinic:
90% Outpatient / 10% Inpatient

Inpatient consults are infrequent but
possible

Dedicated weekly tumor boards
(attendance required)

EMR:
Epic

Dictation:
Dragon

Schedule

3 days per week

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Preferred coverage days:
Tuesday –
Thursday

Call Requirements

Weeknight call only

Call is optional but preferred while
provider is on-site

Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy

Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS)

High-Dose-Rate (HDR) Brachytherapy

Requirements

Active Michigan medical license (MI
license only)

BLS certification

Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Radiation Oncology
