Locums Radiation Oncology Physician in Michigan - 3 Days Per Week, 6 Month Assignment
Radiation Oncology Physician locums opportunity in Michigan near Alpena County Regional Airport offering part-time coverage in a growing cancer center.

3 days per week, Tuesday through Thursday preferred

Practice Setting

APEx-accredited cancer center
90 percent outpatient, minimal inpatient consults
Dedicated dosimetrist and system-wide physics team
No APPs onsite

Schedule

8am to 4:30pm clinic hours
Approximately 20 patients per day
Weekly tumor board participation
Optional weeknight call while onsite

Cases and Procedures

Breast, prostate, and lung predominately
3 to 5 new consults per week
9 to 12 follow-ups weekly
IGRT, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS, HDR

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiation Oncology Physician
Active Michigan license
BLS
Minimum 25 treated patients in the past 12 months
