Position: Temp - RN - Rehab - Inpatient Float (Days) Alpena MI

* Assess patient health needs, nursing care requirements, and delivery of nursing care on all assigned patients.

* Plans and prioritizes patient care functions to meet patients' health care needs.

* Implements nursing actions in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and established policy.

* Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided to ensure quality care and patient related issues are completed in a timely manner.

* Self-Management and accountability for delivery of responsible patient care, demonstrates effective communication skills and interpersonal relationships. Assumes responsibility for own continued development and assists with the development of other staff members.

Requirement description :

1 year of Inpatient Rehab Experience
- Required
Must be willing to float to Med Surg or Behavioral Health
Travel experience - Preferred

Work History
Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
License/Certifications (MI LARA & BLS - AHA)
Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

Michigan

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : MI License must be active at time of submission!
Weekend Requirements :
Every Other Weekend
