We're seeking an experienced Apollo/Hub Spot Professional to join our team and support our clients' system optimization efforts. This role blends technical expertise with problem-solving and training skills to ensure smooth operations across engineering, production, and service functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Apollo and Hub Spot systems
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and client teams to streamline workflows
• Train team members on Apollo/Hub Spot tools and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Support process improvement and system optimization initiatives

Skills Needed:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to train and support users across departments
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Technical proficiency with Apollo, Hub Spot, or similar platforms

Knowledge

Required:

• Knowledge of system configuration, user permissions, and integrations
• Awareness of best practices in user adoption and system optimization

Ability to Implement:

• Translate operational needs into system configurations and workflows
• Identify and resolve system inefficiencies
• Deliver effective training and documentation for users
• Collaborate across departments to align tools with business goals
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
