The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team. You will lead the Order Fulfillment workflow, oversee inbound freight, and implement SOPs while performing Manager on Duty functions with safety and policy adherence.
You will coach associates, participate in talent planning, recruitment input, and ensure adherence to safety and performance standards. This role reports to store leadership and has four direct reports.
