Position: CAD Designer (MRL)

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Design and Detailing Specialist to join our team. This full-time position involves designing and producing necessary drawings to manufacture standard and special conveyor rollers in accordance with customers' needs. The successful candidate will support product managers and the manufacturing team in addressing problems related to design, bills of material, or quality concerns from product concept through shipment and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce detailed drawings for the manufacture of conveyor rollers.
• Collaborate with product managers and the manufacturing team to address design-related issues.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of designs from concept through to implementation.
• Maintain and update bills of material.
• Address quality concerns and provide solutions to design-related problems.

Skills Needed:

• Proficiency in 2D CAD, with a preference for candidates with education and experience in this area.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge Required:

• Understanding of industrial and metal manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with design principles and standards.
• Knowledge of quality control and assurance practices.

Ability to Implement:

• Ability to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills to address design and quality issues.
