We offer flexible schedules, including the option to work four days a week with a consistent three-day weekend. This is a fulltime position but those who need part-time schedules would be considered as well.

Skills:

• Experience with machine operation (Rubber Extruder, Roll Grinder, Lathe Operator, etc.) is strongly desired but not required as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Successful management and leadership qualities.
• Engineering skills and the ability to problem-solve.
• Experience with Solid Works, Cad Key, CNC programming, and Lathe operation is a plus.
• A desire to continue learning.

Knowledge:

• Understanding of machine mechanics and machining processes.
• Familiarity with engineering principles and practices.
• Knowledge of CAD software such as Solid Works and Cad Key.
• CNC programming knowledge.

Ability to Implement:

• Operate and maintain various machines.
• Lead and manage teams effectively.
• Solve engineering problems and implement solutions.
• Utilize CAD software for design and programming tasks.
