PMI is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in a General Manufacturing labor role that includes aspects of machine operation, machining, and other general labor duties. While manufacturing experience is preferred, PMI provides on-the-job training for applicants who are eager and able to learn. The ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch is preferred, and a desire to work with your hands is required.

Candidates must be able to work various (swing) shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality parts.
• Perform general labor tasks as needed.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure the quality of parts.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.

Skills needed include:

• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Trainable and eager to learn.
• Good attendance record.
• Ability to work well within a team without causing or getting caught up in drama.

Knowledge required includes:

• Basic understanding of machine operation and general labor tasks.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to implement includes:

• Ability to work various (swing) shifts.
• Capability to perform physical tasks and work with hands.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
