Skills Needed:

Solid work ethic
Experience with hand tools
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
Mechanical aptitude
Basic math skills
Problem-solving skills
Familiarity with reading assembly prints

Preferred Experience:

Auto mechanics or auto body
Manufacturing or assembly
Experience with in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
Trade classes (helpful but not required)
Certificate in auto mechanic or auto body repair (helpful but not required)
