Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health (Days) Alpena, MI. Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction.

This position is responsible for assessing client health needs, nursing care requirements and the delivery of nursing care on all assigned clients.

• Assesses client health needs, nursing care requirements, and delivery of nursing care on all assigned clients. Directs client assessments by other nursing staff.
• Plans care for assigned clients and directs the planning of care by other nursing staff.
• Evaluates effectiveness of plan of care; ensures responsible care is rendered to clients.
• Implements nursing actions in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and demonstrates competence in nursing care of the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric client.

• 1+ years of Home Care RN experience - [REQUIRED]
• Active Driver's License - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Experience with IVs, wound vacs, and central lines - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• Active Auto-Insurance, Reliable Vehicle, and a clean DMV Report - Required
• MI LTC Fingerprinting results needed before starting.

Certification requirements include:

• BLS
• State License Requirements
• Michigan
