Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a home health assignment in Alpena, MI. The position is a full‑time travel contract for 13 weeks, starting May 26 2026 and ending August 25 2026. You will work 40 hours per week in 8‑hour shifts, with a focus on home‑health patient care.

• Active Michigan physical therapist license
• Home‑health license (MI)
• At least 2 years of physical therapist experience
