Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health jobs in Alpena, MI, let you deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while supporting independence and recovery. You will assess patient conditions, administer medications, change dressings, and educate patients and families on home health care procedures. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current Michigan RN license, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience.
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is expected. Recommended skills include strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
