Registered Nurse (Home Health)

This position is responsible for assessing health needs and nursing care requirements. Deliver nursing care on all assigned clients. Assess client health needs and nursing care requirements. Direct client assessments by nursing staff. Plan care for assigned clients. Direct the planning of care by nursing staff. Evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care. Ensure responsible care is rendered to clients.

Implement nursing actions in accordance with established standards of nursing practice. Demonstrate competence in nursing care of neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Experience with IVs, wound vacs, and central lines is highly preferred.
