Position Overview:

The Retail Assistant Manager – Part‑Time will assist in supervising a store team, creating an unforgettable shopping experience and helping customers look and feel their best. The assistant manager strategizes to achieve team sales goals, manages daily operations, and ensures accurate execution of Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) such as opening and closing the store.
What You’ll Do:The role includes leading a sales team, driving customer engagement, monitoring store performance, training and directing team members, making operational decisions, and collaborating with corporate requirements.
