Position OverviewAs a Service/Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems, including water softeners, reverse osmosis units, and filtration systems. You will work directly with customers to ensure they receive superior service and support. This role combines technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and a customer‑focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Install, service, and repair water treatment equipment.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot system issues.
- Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and benefits.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during customer interactions.
- Accurately document all work performed and maintain service records.
- Conduct water quality tests and recommend appropriate solutions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with dispatch and management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical training is a plus.
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours Monday-Friday.
