Senior Accountant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting including general ledger, month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset schedules
• Prepare financial statements, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and regulatory reports
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, support audits, and mentor accounting staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Experience with accounting systems such as Quick Books Online or ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
