Responsible for processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate accounts payable records in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities- Process and code invoices accurately
- Perform 2-way/3-way matching
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payments via ACH, wire, and check
- Support month-end close and audits
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- High-volume invoice processing experience
- ERP system and Excel proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
