Who:A rapidly scaling, acquisition-driven organization is seeking a hands‑on Controller with strong technical expertise and experience in high‑growth environments.
What:This role will own the full accounting lifecycle while optimizing ERP systems, enhancing reporting, and supporting operational scalability.

Where:This is a fully in‑office position based in Alpharetta, GA requiring daily on‑site presence.

Office Environment:This is a demanding, fast‑paced, high‑growth, in‑office environment requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage heavy workloads.
Salary:Base salary up to $160,000 +/- plus up to 20% bonus, 401(k) match of 100% on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2%, and 17 days PTO prorated in the first year.
Position Overview:The Controller will lead accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive system and process improvements in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and reporting
- Manage month‑end close and financial reporting processes
- Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
- Develop and improve accounting policies and procedures
- Optimize ERP system usage and reporting capabilities
- Support audits and work with external accounting partners
- Oversee multi‑state compliance and tax processes
- Support system improvements and integrations
- Lead and develop a high‑performing accounting team
- CPA required
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in high‑growth environments (required)
- Strong ERP and systems experience (required)
- Advanced Excel skills with heavy daily usage (required)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Experience with audits and external partners
- Experience with revenue reporting and process improvement
- Strong leadership, organization, and execution skills
