Position Overview
One Mile Productions is a startup film production company focused on developing and producing feature films based on compelling true stories. As we grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part‑Time Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations and support the company's expansion.
Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Record and reconcile financial transactions
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Assist with budgeting and cash flow management
- Process payroll and contractor payments
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Coordinate with external CPA and tax professionals
- Track project and production-related expenses
- Ensure compliance with accounting best practices
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting
Strong written communication skills.
