Position Summary
Process and reconcile multiple bi-weekly payrolls, maintain payroll records for garnishments, 401(k), and other benefit deductions, and process non‑standard wages such as commissions, bonuses, expense reimbursements, and relocation. Create reports using ADP Workforce Now Reporting Tools and MS Excel. Support equity compensation vesting and exercise processing and audit processes. Ensure high integrity due to the sensitive nature of the information. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile bi‑weekly payrolls throughout the U.S. and Canada.
- Maintain payroll records for wage garnishments, 401(k), and other benefit deductions.
- Process payments for non‑standard wages (commissions, bonuses, expense reimbursements, relocation).
- Create payroll and tax reports using ADP Workforce Now and MS Excel.
- Support equity‑compensation vesting and exercise processing.
- Assist in audit processes for internal and external auditors.
- Identify and recommend solutions to improve payroll processing.
- Follow up on tax filing or payroll problems and reconcile bi‑weekly taxes and benefit amounts.
- Reconcile quarterly and annual tax reporting, including year‑end W‑2s.
- Assist employees with payroll inquiries.
- Maintain time‑keeping system.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- High school diploma and 3+ years of experience.
- 3+ years processing payroll in the United States and Canada.
- 3+ years processing high‑volume payroll (1000+ employees).
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to communicate across functional departments.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, positive attitude, and high integrity.
- Computer literacy in MS Office Suite and internet‑based applications.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high service levels.
- Team player.
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, use hands, operate a computer, and have specific vision abilities for close and distance vision.
