$100,000–$110,000 Base Salary + 10% Bonus

We are partnering with a large, privately held global manufacturing organization to hire a Senior Accountant focused on Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting
.

This is a newly created role driven by significant acquisition activity and an enterprise-wide business transformation. The company is investing heavily in its accounting leadership, systems, processes, and reporting capabilities as it prepares for its next phase of growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who wants exposure to complex accounting matters, international operations, senior leadership, and high-impact transformation initiatives.

• Support technical accounting research and prepare formal accounting position papers
• Assist with financial reporting under both U.S. GAAP and IFRS
• Evaluate accounting guidance related to revenue recognition, leases, fixed assets, consolidations, and other complex transactions
• Support acquisition accounting and integration-related activities
• Partner with business leaders and accounting teams across international locations
• Help strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting processes
• Support SOX compliance and audit-related requests
• Assist with reporting enhancements and the continued implementation of SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and reporting consistency
• Gain exposure to international operations, with potential travel to locations including Brazil and Ireland

• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience
• Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with revenue recognition, leases, fixed assets, consolidations, or related technical accounting areas
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to document complex accounting conclusions
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a growing and changing organization

• Public accounting or Big Four experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience supporting acquisitions or large-scale business transformations
