Who is CADY?

CADY exists to inspire and unleash human potential. Started in 1999, we have become the fastest growing photography company in the U.S., with an average 20% growth each year. Through photography, classroom solutions, school branding, and more, we deliver an experience unlike anything in our industry. We are an innovative company competing to outdo ourselves, year after year. As the nation’s premier school photography company, we engage with students, schools, and our team members to make them feel accepted and empowered.

CADY’s mission is to go beyond a portrait and to provide a premier experience for the extraordinary- because each of our guests, school partners, and team members are utterly extraordinary.

Who are you?

You are an ambitious, detail oriented team member who finds joy in making meaningful connections with people. You have a true passion for creating memorable experiences for people. You see beyond the surface of interactions and recognize that every person has a story and the idea of being a part of that is exciting! You enjoy working hard and celebrating hard.

You love the opportunity to exceed expectations- and be rewarded for your contribution to the company!

Job Summary At CADY, our Accounting team is more than a back-office function—we are trusted business partners focused on providing accurate financial information that helps drive smart business decisions. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while helping build a scalable finance organization.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an accountant who enjoys ownership, continuous learning, and variety. You will be responsible for key areas of the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and balance sheet integrity. In addition, you will own several recurring accounting processes, including fixed assets, indirect tax, and payroll accounting.

As CADY continues to grow, so will our Finance organization. You'll work closely with leaders across Finance—including direct exposure to the SVP of Finance—and collaborate with teams throughout the company. We are looking for someone who is curious, accountable, detail-oriented, and excited to help build processes that support our long-term success.

Joining our team means you’ll be part of a growing company where Finance has a meaningful seat at the table, you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of accounting topics and business operations, and you’ll work directly with experienced finance leadership committed to mentoring and professional development. You’ll play an important role in building accounting processes that will support the next state of CADY’s growth and be part of a collaborative team that values accountability, continuous improvement, and having fun while delivering results.
