Senior Cost Accounting Manager

Atrium is partnered with a large manufacturing company on a Senior Cost Accounting Manager role which will oversee inventory valuation, standard costing, manufacturing variances, financial reporting, and internal controls.

• Lead cost accounting, inventory accounting, standard costing, and inventory valuation activities across manufacturing operations
• Oversee month-end close, inventory reconciliations, variance analysis, BOM maintenance, standard cost updates, and related reporting
• Establish consistent cost accounting processes, controls, policies, and best practices across multiple locations
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Cost Accountants
• Drive process improvements, ERP enhancements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Experience in cost and/or inventory accounting with people management experience
• Experience in SAP S4 Hana
