About the RoleAre you the kind of person who naturally brightens a room? Do you believe that "hospitality" isn't just for hotels, but for the corporate world too? My client is looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to be the "Face of the Firm" at our Alpharetta headquarters. This isn't just answering phones—it’s about creating a "Wow" experience for every visitor, from traveling clinicians to high-profile political figures.
We operate with a Servant’s Heart, balancing a bubbly, welcoming energy with the poise and discretion of a high-level executive assistant.
- The Ultimate Host:
You have a "Disneyland" mentality—you leave personal stress at the door and bring a positive, flexible attitude to work every day. - Professional & Polished:
You have 1–2 years of reception or high‑end hospitality experience in a professional corporate environment. - Tech‑Savvy:
You are comfortable learning new visitor management software and possess excellent written communication skills for high-volume emailing. - Reliable & Local:
You live within 15 miles of our Alpharetta campus (as public transit is limited) and have a stable work history (no job hopping). - Humble yet Confident:
You are open to feedback, eager to learn and can blend in seamlessly with a high‑achieving corporate culture.
- Free on‑site parking.
- Beautiful corporate campus environment.
- No weekends or overtime.
- Create the First Impression: Greet a high volume of guests and high-profile dignitaries with warmth and professional polish.
- Manage the Flow: Monitor visitor logs, manage multi‑line phone systems, and coordinate conference room bookings with extreme attention to detail.
- Collaborate Across Campus: Rotate daily between our two corporate buildings to stay fresh and connected with the entire team.
- Maintain the Standard: Keep the lobby and reception area "stage‑ready." We have a strict professional dress code and a "no-phones-at-the-desk" policy to ensure we are always present and attentive.
