Executive Assistant to the C‑Suite

Southeast Primary Care Partners is a rapidly growing primary care medical group dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery. We partner with independent primary care physicians to provide high‑quality, patient‑centric care while easing the administrative burden on providers.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Calendar & Time Management:
    Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the C‑Suite, manage complex calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts proactively, and prioritize meetings to align leadership time with company goals.
  • Meeting Preparation & Facilitation:
    Prepare and distribute agendas, briefing materials, and presentations prior to meetings, including Board Meetings. Attend key leadership meetings to take minutes, track action items, and ensure follow‑through.
  • Communication & Inbox Management:
    Monitor, prioritize, and draft responses to executive emails. Act as a professional liaison between the C‑Suite, physicians, clinic staff, board members, and external partners. Receive and process organization‑relevant mail.
  • Travel & Expense Coordination:
    Arrange complex domestic travel itineraries (flights, accommodations, ground transportation) and process monthly expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Project & Document Management:
    Assist with ad‑hoc projects, organize secure corporate files, and help prepare board decks and leadership reports using Microsoft Office/Visio.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance:
    Handle highly sensitive company, financial, and patient‑related information with utmost discretion, adhering strictly to HIPAA and company compliance standards.
Qualifications & Best‑Practice Skills
  • Experience:

    3–5+ years as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years supporting C‑level executives. Preferred experience in healthcare, a medical group setting, or private equity‑backed healthcare.
  • Tech‑Savviness:
    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
  • Exceptional Communication:
    Flawless written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with physicians, board members, and staff at all levels.
  • Anticipatory Mindset:
    Proactive problem‑solver who can anticipate executive needs before they arise.
  • High EQ & Adaptability:
    Thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, remaining calm under pressure and handling competing priorities with grace.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Uncompromising accuracy in document preparation, scheduling, and data entry.
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Hours:

    20 to 29 hours per week. Specific schedule/days to be determined collaboratively, with availability during core business hours.
  • Hybrid

    Location:

    In‑office presence at our Alpharetta headquarters 1–2 days per week (or as needed for key meetings), with flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the hours.
