Wealth With No Regrets® in Alpharetta, GA is seeking to add an Executive Assistant to our team! The core purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to provide support and drive business results alongside the CEO through core project execution; gatekeeping of CEO’s time; organized about CEO and business project priorities; calendar optimization; client scheduling; relationship management; strategic relationship touches; and excellence in client service.
The CEO is a high energy, fast‑paced and tends to have many projects going at the same time. He loves to drive business results, new initiatives for growth and juggles many projects in the business and volunteer charitable work outside the business. He is passionate about the work he does and loves achieving big business goals, growth and team development.
Key Responsibilities:- Protect and focus the executives’ time, acting as a gatekeeper recognizing what is urgent vs important vs what can be delegated
- Prioritize, organize, manage, and track multiple detailed projects, tasks, and assignments that move the business forward
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including (but not limited to) managing calendars, scheduling client visits, organizing priorities
- Arrange and coordinate travel plans, such as booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Assist with special projects and initiatives needed to move the business forward
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, prospects, and team
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior
- Administrative Assistant supporting C‑suite leadership in a fast‑paced environment
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with virtual communication and project management tools
- Execution Excellence: Task‑oriented, highly reliable, and able to deliver accurate, high‑quality work quickly, even under pressure or with competing priorities

Exceptionally clear and professional in written, verbal, and in‑person communication; able to represent the firm’s brand voice with confidence and warmth - Systematic Approach: Process‑driven mindset — you weigh options carefully, leave no stone unturned when gathering information, and bring structure and clarity to complex situations
- Composure & Judgment: Calm under pressure, solutions‑focused, and able to exercise sound judgment independently in a high‑expectations environment
- Salary: $80,000–$120,000 depending on experience
- 10 Paid Time Off (PTO) days and about 10 Paid Holidays per calendar year
