Position Overview:
This role focuses on sales order entry and administrative support in a non-customer-facing capacity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to accurately manage high-volume data entry while collaborating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
* Complete sales order entry within Oracle ERP
* Utilize Microsoft Lists (similar to SharePoint) to manage internal ticketing workflows
* Perform high-volume alphanumeric data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
* Support administrative functions across the department
* Non-customer-facing role (no phone work required)
Qualifications:
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Experience with data entry (high volume preferred)
* Ability to learn new systems quickly
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
* Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
Job Details:
* Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST
* In-Office
* Contract
Pay Details: $19.00 to $18.00 per hour
