As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and checking in patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Managing appointment scheduling and patient communications.
• Assisting with insurance verification and handling payments.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings a combination of professionalism and a personal touch to their work. Here’s what we’d love to see:

• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Language: Fluent English required, and proficiency in Spanish or Hindi is preferred.
• Personality: A friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
