Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Pay: $20–$25/hr
About the RoleWe are partnering with a well‑established organization in the healthcare space seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This position is covering a leave and offers the opportunity to step into a collaborative, easygoing environment where you’ll play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day procurement operations.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing follow‑ups, and working cross‑functionally with internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely processing and delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to monitor incoming shipments and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with invoice verification and reconciliation
- Communicate with vendors regarding order status, updates, and issue resolution
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement team as needed
- 2–5 years of procurement, purchasing, or related experience
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Effective communication skills with internal teams and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Casual, laid‑back team culture
