Hunter Hamilton is working with a large global client in the Alpharetta area, and they are in need of a long-term temporary Executive Assistant to support the Leader of the Americas. This role will be hybrid, 4 days in office and 1 day remote, and will provide day to day administrative support. Experience supporting directors, VPs or C level executives is needed, as well as, experience planning domestic and international travel, heavy calendar management, event planning, and strong MS Office skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience supporting leadership in a technology-based company or department is strongly preferred. Hunter Hamilton offers hourly weekly pay, direct deposit and temporary health benefits!

What You’ll Do
  • Provide executive-level administrative support
    , including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense reporting
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Americas Business Operations Leader and cross-functional teams across sales, service, marketing, finance, and global operations
  • Assist with business reviews, executive presentations, dashboards, and internal communications
  • Support operational rhythms such as forecasting cycles, pipeline reviews, budget tracking, and project coordination
  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, customer visits, onsite events, and cross-functional workshops
  • Manage documentation, maintain shared resources, and ensure timely and accurate distribution of materials
  • Track priorities, follow up on action items, and help drive accountability across initiatives
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels of the organization
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders or business operations teams in a corporate environment
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • Experience in technology, print, or manufacturing environments is a plus
