Executive Assistant - Temp
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (Temp) to support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong time-management, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle email correspondence, screen calls, and prioritize messages on behalf of the executive team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Maintain and track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure document accuracy.
- Liaise with departments, clients, and stakeholders professionally.
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or business (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting C-level executives.
- Prior experience in a contract/temporary role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
