Detailed Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director of Customer Success (AMS) and the broader department. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The position is focused on three primary pillars:
1. Executive Administration Support
Provide dedicated executive support to the Director of Customer Success, including but not limited to:
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparing and submitting expense reports
- Handling day-to-day executive administrative responsibilities
- Providing additional executive support as needed
Maintain a productive, organized, and welcoming office environment by:
- Planning and coordinating office events
- Managing kitchenette replenishment and office supplies
- Organizing team/group activities
- Coordinating large meetings and departmental gatherings
- Fostering a friendly and collaborative office atmosphere
Support the Director and department by improving operational efficiency through:
- Consolidating staff activities and updates
- Tracking and consolidating action items
- Gathering inputs from team members
- Enforcing timelines and deadlines
- Assisting the leadership team in operating efficiently
- Providing other ad-hoc administrative and operational support as needed
- Provide executive administrative support to the Director of Customer Success (AMS).
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate office operations, events, and team activities.
- Organize large meetings and departmental functions.
- Maintain office supplies and kitchenette inventory.
- Consolidate departmental updates, action items, and staff inputs.
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Support leadership with operational coordination and ad-hoc requests.
- Help create a positive, organized, and collaborative office environment.
