, is seeking an Executive Operations Coordinator to join their team. As an Executive Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Success department supporting the AMS leadership team

Job Title: Executive Operations Coordinator
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay Range: $35-$41 per hour

What’s the Job?
  • Provide executive administrative support including calendar, travel, and expense management
  • Oversee office operations such as event planning, supplies management, and workplace experience
  • Coordinate team meetings, group activities, and large-scale events
  • Track and consolidate staff action items and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support ad hoc operational and administrative tasks
