Executive Assistant – High-Visibility Role Supporting Revenue Leadership
Atlanta, GA (Alpharetta preferred | Hybrid)
We are partnering with Equifax on a priority Executive Assistant opening supporting three senior revenue leaders during a critical business period. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate as a strategic partner to leadership, with strong visibility across the organization and the potential to evolve into a longer-term opportunity.
This is not a traditional administrative role. You will serve as a proactive, high-impact extension of executive leadership, helping drive alignment, optimize time, and support key initiatives—especially during a pivotal Q4 planning and events cycle.
You'll work directly with experienced and emerging leaders, adapting to different working styles while helping create structure, efficiency, and consistency across their day-to-day operations.
Executive Support & Operations- Manage complex, high-volume calendars for three revenue leaders, proactively resolving conflicts and optimizing schedules
- Anticipate needs, prepare executives with briefings and materials ahead of meetings, and ensure alignment across priorities
- Serve as a gatekeeper and facilitator, ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders
- Coordinate primarily domestic travel, including site visits and leadership travel to Atlanta
- Manage bookings (direct + Concur/Carlson systems) and handle expense reporting, reconciliation, and follow-ups
- Support leadership meetings and event coordination, including catering and logistics for key sessions (notably Oct–Dec)
- Prepare meeting materials, capture action items, and follow through on deliverables
- Maintain confidential records, correspondence, and executive documentation
- Support external engagement efforts such as industry events, committees, and community outreach
- Act as the professional face of leadership, hosting visitors and interacting with internal/external partners
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (Director level or above) in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and dynamic schedules
- Experience with travel coordination tools (Concur or Carlson preferred)
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated success planning meetings, events, or executive-level engagements
- Proactive, forward-thinking mindset — anticipating needs vs. reacting
- Strong executive presence, professionalism, and communication skills
- Ability to operate with discretion and sound judgment in high-visibility situations
- Experience working across multiple leadership styles and personalities
- Background in financial services, fintech, or large corporate environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Atlanta-based role (Alpharetta preferred; occasional Midtown presence)
- Hybrid schedule:
In-office Tues–Thurs; remote flexibility Mondays/Fridays - Interview Process:
