Front Office Assistant/Treatment Coordinator
Crabapple Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Front Office Assistant/Treatment Coordinator to guide our patients and families through the final step of their visit. In this role, you'll ensure a smooth checkout experience by reviewing treatment recommendations, discussing financial options, scheduling future appointments, and answering questions with confidence and compassion. If you enjoy building relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about providing an exceptional experience for every child and parent, we'd love to welcome you to our team!

Our Ideal Candidate
- 1+ years of prior hands-on front office experience in a pediatric or Orthodontic setting is highly preferred
- Experience with verifying insurance and accounts receivable
- Prior treatment coordinating experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
