Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA, responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression for clients and visitors. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting clients, answering and routing phone calls, managing inbound and outbound mail, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. The role also involves scheduling and confirming appointments, updating client records, and providing administrative support such as filing, copying, and data entry.
The Front Desk Receptionist will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and timely communication. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, reliability, and attention to detail in a client-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Experience with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and directing inquiries.
- Proficient clerical skills, such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic office software use.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client experience and responsiveness.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a financial services or professional office setting is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
