We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our corporate office and franchise organization in Alpharetta, Georgia. This position reports directly to the VP of Internal Franchise Operations and serves as an important administrative and operational resource for the corporate team.
The Office Manager will oversee general office operations, provide administrative support, manage office purchasing and budgets, coordinate incoming communications, and play a significant role in the planning and execution of our annual Franchise Conference.
A key component of this position is the management of Franchise Conference sponsors, including sponsor communications, agreements, payments, benefits, deadlines, deliverables, and on-site coordination. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of responsibilities, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and can effectively interact with franchisees, sponsors, vendors, executives, employees, and other business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management & Administration
- Manage daily administrative operations of the Alpharetta office, serving as the central point of contact for employees, franchisees, vendors, and sponsors (calls, mail, scheduling, records, and filing)
- Provide administrative support to the VP and leadership team, including reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate office maintenance, equipment, and vendors, and proactively anticipate administrative needs; assist with special projects as assigned.
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships for office and kitchen supplies.
- Own the office supply/administrative budget — tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and reporting actual vs. budget — and support the VP with annual budgeting and forecasting.
Franchise Conference & Event Planning
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of the company's annual Franchise Conference and other corporate meetings and events.
- Support the VP of Internal Franchise Operations and leadership team throughout the planning and execution of the conference.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors — building relationships and maintaining accurate records of agreements, payments, benefits, and deadlines.
- Proactively manage sponsor communications and follow-up, coordinating benefits (exhibit space, signage, promotional materials, speaking slots) and on-site logistics with venue/vendors.
- Track sponsorship revenue and outstanding payments, coordinating with accounting on invoicing.
- Serve as the on-site sponsor resource during the conference, and lead post-event appreciation, follow-up, and renewal/retention efforts.
- 3-5+ years in office management, administration, executive support, or event coordination, ideally including corporate meetings/conferences and sponsor or vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated budget management experience (tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, actual vs. budget analysis).
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel) for budget, expense, and project-tracking spreadsheets; comfort learning new software platforms.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally manage inquiries from a wide range of external parties.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive company, franchisee, and financial information.
- Ability to work on-site in Alpharetta, GA, with willingness to travel/work extra hours around the Franchise Conference and other major events.
